Think-Act-Share Business Habits – On Problem Solving

Logical thinking is making a validated connection between cause and effects till we get the core issues. When was the last time you solved a problem by logical thinking…? Are you using it as a daily habit in your field?

  1. Write down the problems you are facing in the business or personal life. Make sure you cover all problems even it is negligible.
  2. Once you complete this, try to look at the interconnection between the problem. It means, finding out what is causing the other one.
  3. You will definitely see the interconnections now. But wait, however, you can also add the reasons for these problem based on your knowledge and try to connect them again.
  4. Continue the exercise of finding interconnections between them.
  5. Make sure this map is converging. Or else, It is the indication that the given connections or causes are wrong.
  6. Once, converged you will see a very few causes (one or two) contributing all other problems above.
  7. By taking actions on the very few causes, you can solve all other problems.
